Reverse Engineering of Gould's Vertical Turbine Pump Components

We reverse engineered two critical components—a wear ring and a locknut—from a Gould's Vertical Turbine Pump used in water pumping applications. Our team delivered high-accuracy 3D STEP files and detailed 2D technical drafts, complete with machining specifications, tolerances, and material requirements, ensuring precision and quality for refurbished parts. Leveraging CAD modeling, and precision measurement tools, we enabled the client to maintain optimal pump performance and reduce downtime. This project highlights our expertise in delivering tailored reverse engineering solutions for critical industrial applications.
